Participation in the BIKY poster drawing contest

Sarajevo UNESCO City of Film invited children of Sarajevo to participate in the poster drawing competition of the 15th Busan International Kids & Youth Film Festival, South Korea. The competition was announced as international cooperation of all 18 UNESCO Cities of Film in the world today. Children from 5 to 12 years of age were invited to submit their drawings covering the topic “Beep! Beep! Save the Earth!”

In Sarajevo, over 500 drawings were submitted to the competition. The winning drawing by Ella Ninkovic, an 11-year old student of the Primary School “Fatima Gunic”, was sent to Busan and she received the BIKY certificate and gifts. The winning drawings from all UNESCO Cities of Film, including Sarajevo, will be part of the collage poster of this year’s 15th Busan International Kids & Youth Film Festival and will be exhibited in Busan during the Festival from 7th to 13th July 2020.
