  • Meeting Point Cinema

    The Meeting Point Cinema is a cult arthouse cinema whose repertoire is mostly based on European and independent film. The cinema places a special emphasis on promoting regional filmmakers and often organises special screenings of successful regional films followed by Q&A sessions.

    The Meeting Point Cinema is the technical base of the Sarajevo Film Festival and hosts film festivals, film events and film education programmes as well as various events and festivals in other creative industries such as architectural lectures, photography exhibitions, conferences, etc.

    The Meeting Point Cinema opened in 1996 and has one cinema hall with 190 seats. The cinema is technically equipped to screen all film formats from 16mm to digital format. All films are screened with subtitles in both Bosnian and English language.

    The cinema’s coffee shop is a popular hub for lovers of film, culture, art and creativity, and a venue for various cultural and social events.

  • Cineplexx Sarajevo

    Cineplexx Sarajevo is a multiplex cinema with 8 cinema halls, equipped with the latest technology. The Dolby Atmos sound system and RealD Ultimate Screen create a realistic movie experience and provide a multidimensional sound experience. The cinema offers more than 1,000 seats, including VIP leather seats, LoveBOX and love seats.

    Every Wednesday, ticket prices are reduced, families and children can enjoy special family ticket packages for animated and family films, special prices for school screenings are offered for schools, and business partners are offered the possibility of renting cinema halls for conferences.

    Cineplexx Sarajevo is located in the centre of Sarajevo, next to the Holiday Hotel, and covers an area of 5000 m². The cinema opened in 2021.

  • Novi Grad Cinema

    The Novi Grad Cinema is located in the administration building of the Municipality of Novi Grad. The cinema mostly screens blockbusters and children and family films. The films are screened on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

    The cinema is also a venue for organising various cultural and entertainment events as well as film screenings of film festivals.

    The Novi Grad Cinema has one cinema hall with a capacity of 283 seats. The cinema hall is equipped with modern digital equipment, 2K digital projector that can present 2D and 3D content, 7.1 surround sound and 8mx4m screen.

  • CineStar Sarajevo

    CineStar cinema in Sarajevo has 10 cinema halls with the most modern cinema formats: 4DX, RealD, 3D digital technology, eXtreme halls and 3D sound. Cinema halls are equipped with wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling film screens, sound systems Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby 7.1 Surround EX. The cinema has 1,450 seats and as many as 5 different comfortable seating models: regular seats, love box seats, VIP relax seats, royal beds and premium lounge armchairs.

    CineStar Sarajevo offers a large selection of films, and in addition to its regular screenings, it offers the possibility of organising private screenings, school screenings, birthday celebrations and additional benefits for the most frequent visitors with loyalty cards.

    The cinema was opened in 2020 in the Bingo City Centre shopping centre, as the largest CineStar multiplex in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
